SPECIALTY CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES

EARLY WARNING SERVICES

Early Warning Services is a specialty consumer reporting agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona. It produces consumer reports that affect account opening decisions at banks and other financial institutions for credit cards, bank accounts and other financial products. The reports ("Identity Chek") and scores (the "Deposit Score") produced are intended to authenticate the identity of the person seeking to open an account, identify possible fraud and predict the likelihood that the person may default on the desired account. Early Warning uses data it collects from financial institutions to generate these reports and scores. Early Warning is operated by seven of the nations largest banks: Bank of America, BB&T, JP Morgan Chase, Capital One, PNC, US Bank and Wells Fargo.
